My Approach
My approach to parent coaching is grounded in child neurodevelopment, attachment theory, family systems, emotional regulation, and nervous system attunement. At the heart of my work is a belief in connection before correction, and an understanding that all behavior is communication.
I help parents look beyond the behavior itself to understand better what their child may be communicating or seeking through it. From there, we develop practical, developmentally informed strategies that strengthen connection, build confidence, support emotional regulation, and create clear, healthy boundaries. As a mother myself, I understand that parenting is not something we experience in theory, but in the complexity of everyday family life.
My background in clinical social work, child and family therapy, attachment-focused work, and lactation education allows me to bring both professional training and a deeply family-centered perspective to my work. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. Our work is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to your child, your values, and your family’s unique dynamics.
